  Popeye's is my guilty pleasure, and one of the few fast food restaurants I frequent.  The drive thru was pretty empty, but I had to wait 20 min.  It was worth the wait since I knew it would be freshly made.  The server came out in the rain to bring my food when it was ready.  Their customer service is great, and my food was delicious.
  
  I got the 16 pc family meal (spicy dark meat) with Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes and Cole slaw.  The Cole slaw was ok, but everything else was immensely satisfying.

  I went to Popeyes because I wanted FAST food a few nights ago. Unfortunately, this location is the last thing from fast. Granted yes, I don't want spit in my food or undercooked chicken but I was confused as to why I found myself in a FAST food drive thru for more than 20 minutes.
  
  This isn't the Popeyes I typically go to when I have a craving for fried chicken but I happened to be in the area and just wanted a bite before I got too hangry.
  
  I decided to try the $5 Boneless Wings as it's a limited time option and it's basically just cheaper chicken tenders. (I was wrong) they were the smallest little nuggets ever because ultimately it was all fried batter.
  
  We thought the worker got our order but there wasn't any communication. So when we got to the window to pay we had to repeat the order and I probably said we both want mashed potatoes with gravy 3x and they still have us one order w mash and one order w fries. They changed it before we left and then they never charged us for the drink. We gave up at this point and just took the food and left.

  The convenience of the location of this popeyes is what makes it hot, the staff is trash. 20 minutes sitting at the intercom waiting for someone to take your order and an additional 12 minutes at the actual window, watching you talk to your coworkers - is disgusting.

  Please don't get it twisted because I do enjoy this place. However my most recent visit was less than satisfactory. My order was incorrect as was the food for my wife and kids. The order was popcorn shrimp and fries for each kid, my wife and I both had boneless wings and fries. What we got was not that and we gave it to a homeless family instead of eating what I bought. My children have autism and cannot eat if it is not accurate, their minds are incapable of looking past that...so I had no choice but cook them Mac n cheese yet again‍ Ugh, the struggle. I know that Popeyes has its moments like most restaurants do so I hope someone reaches out and would like to help replace the order and once again regain my family!

  Worst service EVER!!! Apparently, it's a HUGE bother to ask to use their restroom. We ordered our food, inside, and asked if we needed a key to use the restroom. The guy at the register was more interested in his cell phone than taking our order. He wouldn't even look up from it when we asked if we needed a key for the bathroom. Still looking down, he said we needed to be buzzed in. Ok...apparently you have to ask to be buzzed in as well. So he had to ask another person to buzz me in. After 5 more times asking if I could use the ladies' room, the staff said we were being annoying asking over and over. They didn't have any other customers inside or in the drive thru, so WTH?!?! The manager wouldn't even look up to help out.
